THE COMPLETE BODY MAPPING PROCESS

the body MAPPING PROCESS

Overview

Body mapping was developed at Club Recharge to attempt to find as many unique critical body responses that may help to determine what is causing your body to not perform as it normally should.  We have developed through our years of education a system of tests that will help clients dig deep into their bodies systems and try to identify the root causes for many of the common ailments.

YOUR Body's COMPOSITION

Overview

With respect to health and fitness, body composition is used to describe the percentages of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies. The body fat percentage is of most interest because it can be very helpful in assessing health.

By definition, a healthy body composition includes a low proportion of body fat, as well as a higher proportion of fat-free mass. Although your body requires a certain amount of body fat to maintain organ functions, a lower body-fat percentage is usually a sign of good health.

A healthy body composition means having an appropriate amount of body fat, lean muscle mass, and bone health. Body composition affects all other aspects of physical fitness. While the affects may be subtle, they can make a huge difference in your longevity and quality of life.

In general, as individuals age, percent body fat increases and lean mass and bone mineral density decrease. Furthermore, the increase in fat mass (FM) is distributed more specifically in the abdominal region, an area associated with cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

YOUR Body's 3-DIMENSIONS

Overview

It shows your weight, of course, alongside measurements — hips, waist, thighs, arms, and so on. It also gives you body composition and even provides body fat percentage by body part, so you can know if your torso is 20 percent fat. Our Fit3D v4. 0 algorithm predicted body fat to within 5% accuracy 90.4% of the time (85.2% accuracy on women and 92.6% accuracy on men).

YOUR Body's METABOLIC RATE

Overview

Metabolic testing is typically done in several parts and almost always includes a calorimetry test. This test takes 15 to 30 minutes and is done while you're reclining. The equipment used may vary. Some calorimetry tests use a mouthpiece you breathe into.

One of the most straightforward ways to understand your metabolism is to refer to it as your total energy expenditure. This means that your metabolism is the cumulation of all the energy your body expends to function. We will refer to this is our total daily energy expenditure (TDEE).

YOUR Body's BLOOD PRESSURE

Overview

Systolic blood pressure, the top number, measures the force your heart exerts on the walls of your arteries each time it beats. Diastolic blood pressure, the bottom number, measures the force your heart exerts on the walls of your arteries in between beats.

YOUR BODY's OXYGEN ABSORPTION

Overview

The oximeter display shows the percentage of oxygen in your blood. For someone who's healthy, the normal blood oxygen saturation level will be around 95–100%. If the oxygen level is below this, it can be an indicator that there is a lung problem.

A normal level of oxygen is usually 95% or higher. Some people with chronic lung disease or sleep apnea can have normal levels around 90%. The “SpO2” reading on a pulse oximeter shows the percentage of oxygen in someone's blood. If your home SpO2 reading is lower than 95%, call your health care provider.

YOUR Body's Muscle COMPOSITION

Overview

Muscle Quality (MQ) is a rating of your muscles' fitness. A high Muscle Quality score means a lean, strong, and fit muscle. Define your progress with detailed, accurate, and scientifically meaningful measurements.

According to Withings, normal ranges for muscle mass are: Ages 20-39: 75-89 percent for men, 63-75.5 percent for women. Ages 40-59: 73-86 percent for men, 62-73.5 percent for women. ages 60-79: 70-84 percent for men, 60-72.5 percent for women.

YOUR Body's FAT COMPOSITION

Overview

Your body fat percentage tells you what your weight is comprised of. Specifically, it tells you the percent of your total body weight that is fat. The lower your body fat percentage, the higher percentage of lean muscle mass you have on your frame

YOUR BODY'S MUSCLE Electrical ACTIVITY

Overview

By attaching an electrical muscle stimulation to identical sets of  muscles we can determine how healthy and much muscle fiber is active in each muscle.  The EMS signal is split going half into each muscle on opposite sides of the body.  When a muscle is healthy and not covered with to much fat your muscle will react to the current.

YOUR Body's HEART HEALTH

Overview

It can record heart activity on six different leads at once (I, II, II, aVL, aVR and aVF). It can detect atrial fibrillation (AFib), bradycardia (abnormally low heart rate) and tachycardia (abnormally high heart rate), but promises to also detect other arrhythmias that could indicate heart disease.

AliveCor, the leader in FDA-cleared consumer electrocardiogram technology (ECG), today announced its third FDA clearance in three months, making KardiaMobile 6L the world's first available six-lead personal ECG device.

YOUR Body's STATIC BALANCE

Overview

Balance tests are used to find out if you have a problem with your balance, and if so, what is causing it. There are many causes of balance disorders.

Losing your balance while walking, or feeling imbalanced, can result from: Vestibular problems. Abnormalities in your inner ear can cause a sensation of a floating or heavy head and unsteadiness in the dark. Nerve damage to your legs (peripheral neuropathy).

YOUR BODY'S VITAMIN COMPOSITION

Overview

Vessel tells you precisely the number of nutrient deficiencies you have and the number of nutrients your body needs after testing yourself. For example, you might need 65mg of Vitamin C that your body must absorb daily to be in the optimal range for one to two weeks.

Vessel tests essential health metrics from nutrition and hydration to toxin and stress levels to help you feel, look, and perform better—whether that's at work, at home, or at the gym.

YOUR BODY'S DIGESTIVE ANALYSIS

Overview

Viome Analyzes the Function of The Gut Microbiome

These include viruses, parasites, yeast, fungi, archaea, bacteria, and bacteriophages at the strain and species levels. As a result, we can obtain the highest possible resolution view of the gut microbiome in your body.

Viome can pinpoint and monitor these types of aggressive behaviors by assessing the activity levels of specific pathways (like virulence, chemotaxis, and biofilm formation). Before changing your diet again, it might be time to first check in with your gut microbes and make sure their ecosystem is at peace.

YOUR BODY'S BLOOD COMPOSITION

Overview

One effective (and easy) way to identify your food sensitivities is through the Everlywell at-home Food Sensitivity Test. This test checks your level of sensitivity to 96 different foods – including gluten and dairy products, as well as various meats, fruits, and veggies.

Specifically, blood tests can help doctors: Evaluate how well organs—such as the kidneys, liver, thyroid, and heart—are working. Diagnose diseases and conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, anemia (uh-NEE-me-eh), and coronary heart disease. Find out whether you have risk factors for heart disease.
