Club Recharge has developed an effective body sculpting protocol to help individuals shape and sculpt their bodies to the exact size a look they desire.  Using a (3) three step approach that will effectively alter the bodies look without lifting a weight or going under the knife.  Using a combination of scientifically backed proven therapies we are able destroy the fat cells, improve the elasticity of the skin while we also tighten loose or sagging skin and tone or develop muscles.  Club Recharge has designed the ultimate weapon against those sagging glutes, arms or tummy.  Visit a Club Recharge near you to find out all of the details.

The first step in the process is to select or isolate the troubled area to sculpt and determine if that area is right for our body sculpting treatment.  Club Recharge strives to educate each client on the limits of your body as well as the limits of each therapy and best practices.

The next step in the process is to choose which option of destroying the fat cells is the best course of action, or should we use both therapies.   This involves several therapeutic procedures to either freeze or melt the fat cells to eliminate excess fat and reshape or contour the area.  Body sculpting gets rid of fat cells and reduces the appearance of fat on targeted areas of the body.  Whether using heat, cooling, or ultrasound, body sculpting treatments kill fat cells that are then excreted over the next couple of months, which is when you'll see full results.

As we begin the process of either freezing or melting fat cells it is important that we start to return the skin to as healthy as possible state by increasing the blood flow and moisture in the skin.  Additionally we will begin using red light therapy treatments to stimulate collagen production.

Once we begin to see noticeable progress from the fat freezing/melting treatments we will begin to tone the muscles in the region to fill in the area.  Stimulating the muscles using electrical muscle stimulation we can tone a shape the muscle to the exact shape and definition.

And also to tighten the skin, improving its texture, firmness and elasticity. The loss of fat through this slimming process is permanent, as once those fat cells are destroyed, they will never return.

Body Contour 16.jpg

Contour Light is the latest advancement in light emitting diode (LED) technology and is exceptionally effective on all body areas due to its unique pad design. The large, soft and flexible pads will contour to the shape of the human body, allowing the light source to be as close as possible to the skin; the optimum way to deliver photonic energy. The wavelengths of 635nm and 880nm light are emitted by the pads of the Contour Light system, combining the beneficial aspects of both frequencies to attain optimal results. Body contour melts body fat and tightens the skin in the treated areas.

Most people show interest in Red Light Therapy as a possible way to improve skin health. The potential for using Red Light Therapy as a way to rejuvenate the skin has led to a large number of studies. As the review in the journal Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery notes, Red Light Therapy may help rejuvenate the skin by:

  • increasing collagen production in the skin, which gives the skin its elasticity

  • increasing fibroblast production, which helps produce collagen and other tissue fibers

  • increasing circulation between blood and tissue cells

  • protecting cells from damage

  • increasing mRNA in the cells, which helps stimulate the cell

  • improving facial texture

  • reducing fine lines

  • reducing wrinkle severity

A clinical trial in the journal Photomedicine and Laser Surgeryexplored light treatment for some basic skin issues in a small group of 136 people. The researchers found that these light therapies could:

  • rejuvenate the skin

  • improve the complexion

  • improve the feeling of the skin

Muscle stimulation is a form of high-frequency electrical wave stimulation that uses electricity to contract muscle tissue. After non use, you may be experiencing muscle weakness or low muscle activation. Muscle stimulation is used to help improve the contraction of your muscles and effectively grow the muscles. Electrical stimulation is used extensively to increase muscle size. The stimulus is applied for a 10-second “on” period followed by a 50-second “off” or rest period, with a recommended treatment time of 30 minutes per stimulation session.

Vibration plates work by stimulating your muscles at a much higher rate than usual. Normally, your muscles contract and relax once or twice a second, but the multi-directional vibrations of a vibration plate transmit energy to your body which stimulates your muscles.

Vibration therapy itself doesn't target cellulite, but it does help strengthen and model the fibers in that part of the collagen on your legs. ... Vibration massage and therapy can also improve the appearance of your skin by targeting the fluid that rests in our subcutaneous tissue.
