STEP 2 - STIMULATING THE MUSCLES
The next step in reactivating a muscle group is to engage the muscles through electrical muscle stimulation therapy. By sending an electrical current through the muscle and contracting the muscle simultaneously recruit neurological muscle pathways to reopen triggering to fire when activated.
STEP 3 - REDUCING THE JOINT PAIN
